All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Products returned in a condition different from when they were received.
In exceptional circumstances where a return is approved at our discretion, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly provide one of the following at no additional cost:
- Full refund
- Replacement item
- Exchange
To qualify, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, we'll provide the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
